The third chapter of Fortnite's third season is now out, and it's bringing a lot of new goodies for players to unlock and use.
Epic Games' popular battle royale video game has recently received a new location filled with fun(gi) and new mechanics, features, weapons, both new and returning, and skins, which include two Lucasfilm-original characters, per the game developer's announcement.
The third season of Fortnite's third chapter, which is titled "Vibin'" was released on June 5.
Fortnite Vibin' New Location

Fortnite's Vibin' chapter brings a new biome to the Island, with the location named Reality Falls. It is a forest filled with all manner of fungi, such as mushrooms, both normal-looking and the bouncy kind, as well as trees of purple, per Epic Games' announcement.
Reality Falls also has a waterfall that hides a cavern with loot to take, along with a way out of them in the form of geysers.
In the center of Reality Falls is the Reality Tree, the largest and most noticeable tree in the new biome. The tree lets out Reality Seed Pods that players can open to obtain a Reality Seed, which they can plant.

Once the seed is planted, it will grow into a Reality Sapling, which will stay in the same place even in a new match.
The sapling can provide players with a consistent amount of loot every time it is weeded until it bears Mythic loot. However, Epic Games has yet to reveal what items a Reality Sapling would provide.
Players who wish to place their Reality Sapling somewhere else can do so only if they picked up a Reality Seed while they already have a sapling planted. To plant the sapling somewhere else, players will have to throw the seed to teleport the sapling where it lands.
The Reality Sapling will eventually wilt away, but players can replant them with the seed the old sapling leaves behind.
Reality Seeds and Saplings are not included in competitive playlists.
Fortnite Vibin's Other Details
Aside from a new location and a way to acquire loot, Vibin' also brings new mechanics, weapons, and skins. It also brings Ballers back into the game. These new Ballers have boosted health and the ability to float on water and run on battery charge.
Additionally, the game allows players to get on the Screwballer "high-flying amusement park ride" for an even better way to celebrate.

Vibin' also brings steeds or mounts into the game, with players being allowed to shoot and throw weapons while riding a wolf or a boar across the Island.
Wolves and boars are also not include in competitive playlists.
As for weapons, Fortnite's latest expansion comes with three new weapons, such as the Two-Shot Shotgun, the Designated Marksman Rifle, and Hammer Assault Rifle, and 17 returning weapons from the third season's second chapter. These returning weapons include the Shadow Tracker, The Dub, and Boom Sniper Rifle.
Fortnite's storm also received an upgrade. Players who remain in the storm too long many times during a match, they'll develop "Storm Sickness," a debuff that accelerates the Storm's decay of a player's health.
There is no item in-game that can remove the debuff other than to remain ahead of the storm. Should a player with Storm Sickness gets caught in the storm, however, the debuff will immediately affect them again.
Players who purchase the game's new battle pass get to use a skin of the Dark Lord of the Sith himself, Darth Vader, in the game, along with the characters that preceded him, such as Malik, Sabina, and Snap.
A skin made out of famous archaeologist and anthropologist, Indiana Jones, will also be available later in the season.
Players who purchase the battle pas can also assemble Snap, a living action figure that has swappable body parts, which can be earned by doing Snap Quests.
Snap Quests are only unlocked when the battle pass is purchased.
Lastly, slides can now remain uninterrupted when sliding off a shallow ledge. Additionally, a player's momentum will be maintained when landing on a slide at high speeds.
