Elon Musk’s Biography Will Be Turned Into a Biopic

As one of the most controversial individuals in the world right now, it's no surprise that Elon Musk is getting his own movie telling the story of how he became the eccentric billionaire he is now. We might see the crazy life that is Musk's on the big screen soon enough.

Elon Musk's Biopic

For those who already read the book written by Walter Isaacson, you might already know what to expect from the movie, which will be produced by A24, since it will be based on the authorized biography. A lot of people expected more from the book since Isaacson also wrote the biography of Steve Jobs.

It even spawned a movie back in 2015. However, Elon Musk's biography saw bad reviews from several publications. One news outlet said that the author "mostly accepts Musk's confident prognostications as gospel."

However, "fans" should be open to some creative liberties. In the adaptation of Steve Jobs' biopic starring Michael Fassbender, they didn't strictly adhere to the source material, as reported by Engadget, so some things might be portrayed differently.

It's just as well if what the critics are saying is true about Isaacson accepting Musk's foretelling as "gospel." There will be other significant contributors to the film such as the assigned director Darron Aronofsky, who has already done acclaimed films.

Some of the titles that Aronofsky was responsible for include "Mother!" "The Whale," "Requiem for a Dream," and "Black Swan." There are no writers for it yet, but that's understandable since it's still in the early stages of development.

There were a lot of suggestions floated around on Reddit regarding the actor who should play the role of the tech billionaire. The suggested names were Nicholas Cage, Jesse Eisenberg, Robert Downey Jr., and even Mads Mikkelsen.

One of the Reddit comments listed Elliot Page, who is known for his role as Viktor in "The Umbrella Academy," as well as the "X-Men" films. Another user upvoted the comment because "Elon would be pissed if this happened."

What We'd Want to See

Of course, we would be interested in his upbringing, as well as the choices he made that started his success story. That will most likely be in the movie, but really, what everyone wants to understand is what was going on in his mind during his recent questionable decisions.

Mainly, people might want to know what was going on as Elon Musk decided to purchase the microblogging app formerly known as Twitter, which he has since rebranded as X. It goes without saying that people would also see how the platform went downhill.

Despite the entire Twitter controversy along with the series of bad decisions that the X owner has made, he should also be given credit for his success with his other companies. After all, it's what made it possible for him to acquire such a fortune.

There are several other companies that can be part of his story such as Tesla, the most successful EV manufacturer to date, as well as SpaceX, which was the first aerospace company to land an orbital rocket successfully.
