'The Blacklist' Season 4 News And Updates: Ryan Eggold Teases Series Full Of Revelations

"The Blacklist" Season 4 is set to premiere on September 22 on NBC and it's going to be full of revelations according to Ryan Eggold.

For starters, Eggold who plays Tom Keen in the series will find himself in a trunk of a car at the start of the season. The actor is not confirming who is responsible for doing that to him but he is assuring the fans that he will be able to escape the danger of the scene safely.

In one of his recent interviews, Eggold shares what the audience can anticipate in season 4 "We'll find out what happens between Tom and Liz and what happens with this baby girl they both share. What is the future of that? We're going to deal with that in the beginning of Season 4 and then make our way to a brand-new series."

Its avid fans were left hanging after learning that Scottie is Keen's mother in the last season and the actor himself have some questions "Is she really his mother? Is that part of some elaborate game that Red is playing?"

Fans are also asking if Tom will get Agnes and Liz back but Eggold is keeping mum about it. However, he did say that his character knows that the stakes are high. As a father, he will do whatever it takes to keep his family alive despite Kirk and Reddington's interference.

Based on Jon Bokenkamp's, a writer from the series, Instagram post, "The Blacklist" has already started filming the first episode of season 4 titled "Esteban" last July 21, 2016. A spin-off is set to happen and it will probably start this season.

"The Blacklist" is a crime thriller series directed by Michael Watkins from NBC. It premiered on September 23, 2013, and is now on its 4th season. On May 14, 2016, a spin-off series is ordered for the show.
