1. Snapchat
Snapchat tops the list of Apple according to Mashable. If you take a look at your friends' apps installed on their phones, chances are you will find Snapchat there. Snapchat took taking selfies to a whole new level with its unique interface, its quirky and fun filters and stickers were what made people so crazy about this app. Users were treated to different filters depending on the occasion and it made sharing your snaps with friends and family a lot more fun.
2. Messenger
We've seen a lot of new changes to the Facebook messaging app althroughout 2016. Later this year, it launched its Messenger camera, taking a page out of Snapchat's playbook, users were able to send filtered photos, photos with text doodles, emojis and sticker which made private messaging a lot more fun.
