HighKey Real Estate Is Setting the Example for Why Market Uncertainty Is Pointless

Earlier this year, people were scrambling to buy things like toilet paper, so it has come as a significant shock to many that the real estate market has been doing fine amid the pandemic. Better than fine, even; according to WinnipegRealtors.com, when compared to 2019, the market's activity has increased by 16%. At some points, however, stock for properties was incredibly low, like November being down 12% compared to 2019.

Reasons for this come down to a range of a few different things, like families downgrading their homes for extra money during quarantine or business owners being forced to close down locations. No matter the reason, the opportunities investors and agents have encountered during these times have been game-changing, to say the least.

Unlike other major cities, Winnipeg has had an exceptionally strong market, with minimum change occurring. Vancouver had a drop in sales activity of 62%, Calgary was down 64%, and the Greater Toronto Area was down 67%. One thing Winnipeg can count on is stability within their market.

Many local business owners and investors have been growing their portfolios and stocking up on properties, only adding to the insane statistics this year is bringing. Two of those individuals include Jordan and Luke Lintz, brothers who have grown themselves from a small online store to an internationally-known brand.

In October, through their new real estate company, they bought two apartment buildings in the city. Totaling over $5 million, the deal was an impressive feat, especially for two entrepreneurs barely in their twenties. Over the next couple of years, they have plans to extensively renovate their properties, with more than $2 million saved just for that.

Jordan and Luke aren't strangers when it comes to successfully growing companies, so their hopes for the future of HighKey Real Estate include providing value through their brand and continuing their "HighKey" work. This is more than a money-making project, but rather the opportunity to give clients risk-free investment options.

Thinking long-term, they plan to bring on an entire team of experts to help them efficiently scale things and handle clients on a weekly basis. The team will also be managing the company's portfolio, which is a lot of work to do, so one can guess just how big things are going to get. HighKey Real Estate's future includes much more, like luxury developments and increasing their stock of apartment buildings.

Giving back to clients is one of the most rewarding things for Jordan and Luke, and they hope that through HighKey Real Estate, they can provide friends and loyal customers around the world with direct money-making investments. As the company continues to grow, they are sure to achieve great things.

These things can only be achieved through time, though, and it will be exciting to see just where the company ends up. For more consistent updates on this, you can find them on Instagram at @HighKeyRealEstate. Social media plays a big role in HighKey's brand, with one of their companies even specializing in it, so they don't shy away from sharing just about every detail of what they're doing.
