You are probably used to your favorite actors do nothing but, well, act in movies and TV shows you seen on screens of different sizes. You might be so used to it that it might just surprise you that a lot of them actually are actually musicians and singers. In fact, some of them even have songs and albums that you can stream on Spotify.
Here is a list of actors who you probably did not know have songs and/or albums available on the music streaming platform:
Brie Larson
Believe it or not, certain members of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are actually singers too and two of them feature in this list. First up is Captain Marvel herself, Brie Larson.
Larson released an album called "Finally Out of P.E." in 2005, which means she was only 16 years old. Among the songs that are part of the album are "Hope Has Wings," "Life After You," and "She said," which actually reached No. 31 on the Billboard Hot Singles chart, per an article by Women's Health.
Eddie Murphy
You may know him best as a comedian who has made you laugh until you cried in countless movies, but Eddie Murphy is also a singer as well.
He has released a couple of albums through the years, including a self-titled album in 1982, 1985's "How Could It Be," and 1993's "Love's Alright." According to the article by Women's Health, Murphy had a top 10 reggae hit in 2015 called "Oh Jah Jah."
John Cena
Before becoming an actor, John Cena started has had an illustrious career as a professional wrestler for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). If you are not exactly a wrestling fan, you probably do not know that Cena also raps.
The actor and wrestler actually performed two of his best known entrance themes in the WWE and both are available to stream on Spotify. These songs are "Basic Thuganomics" and "The Time is Now."
He also released an album, "You Can't See Me," in 2015, which is also available to stream on Spotify.

According to Women's Health, Scarlett Johansson teamed up with the son of her ex-manager, Pete Yorn, and released an album called "Break Up" in 2009. The two then collaborated on a single titled "Apart" in 2018.
Other songs performed by Johansson that you can stream on Spotify include "Last Goodbye" from the movie "He's Just Not That Into You" and "Set It All Free" from the movie "Sing."
