Not only do you need the Gx app to monitor your level of hydration, you are also going to need what is known as the Sweat Patch.
According to a separate Engadget report, what the Sweat Patch basically does it analyze your sweat in order to determine in what areas your body needs recovery. The Sweat Patch is needed so that you can get the hydration report for your smart watter bottle.
To use the Sweat Patch, you will likewise need the iOS app to scan the patch in order to see your sweat profile as well as tips and advice to help your body recover.
