T-Mobile is giving away two months of home internet service for free for first-time subscribers, but there's a catch.
The popular carrier and wireless network operator recently confirmed it is giving $100 to new subscribers if they manage to keep their 5G home internet service for two months.
T-Mobile was previously dubbed as the most reliable of all US Carriers by Umlaut and Ookla due to the company's overall performance aside from latency.

T-Mobile's internal documents revealed that the company would be giving new Home Internet Service subscribers a $100 gift check if they manage to keep the service for two months, according to a T-Mo report.
According to T-Mobile's internal documents, the gift card will replace the existing $50 promotional rebate for first-time subscribers to the company's internet service if they manage to keep it for one month.
With T-Mobile's home internet service costing $50 for autopay customers, this means first-time customers can get their first two months of the company's home internet service for free if they keep the service for two months and have auto-pay enabled on their account.
Getting the gift card may take some time, though. Customers are advised to submit a promotion request on the T-Mobile promotions website and enter the promo code 2022HINTP10 and the phone number connected to their new line of Home Internet to redeem the offer.
This promo code must be redeemed within 30 days of signing up for T-Mobile's home internet service. Once the promo code is redeemed, the two-month-long lock-in requirement begins. Should a subscriber have a phone on the account, T-Mobile will text the redemption link to them.
If not, T-Mobile will send the link through email.
Although T-Mobile has yet to announce its $100 gift card offer to the public, CNET has received confirmation from T-Mobile that the offer is real and will be announced soon.
However, with T-Mobile's imminent new Device Connection Charge (DCC) beginning on Nov. 15, customers who wish to avail of the $100 gift card and save on the new $35 connection fee may want to sign up for the company's Home Internet online between Nov. 10 and Nov. 14.
You may remember that T-Mobile announced it would implement a unified "device connection charge" (DCC) for almost every transaction a customer makes, even when done online.
Additionally, the company would start charging the DCC from Nov. 3 for broadband devices and from Nov. 15 for mobile devices.
Why Sign Up For T-Mobile's Internet?
Aside from having the most reliable 5G network of all US carriers, T-Mobile also has AppleTV+ in its Magenta Max Unlimited Plan, while it will soon have Starlink satellite connectivity for 5G phones in the future.
It will also soon provide 3Gbps Network speeds by combining three channels of mid-band spectrum on its 5G network through 5G Carrier Aggregation.
This combination allows T-Mobile to merge multiple 5G channels or carriers to deliver faster network speed and performance.
