Swift Surprises Fans With Riddles on Apple Music
Swift has been popularly known for placing clues and easter eggs when releasing an album. The global superstar's PR management team, Taylor Nation, confirmed that some modifications have been added as part of the promotions for "The Torture Poets Department" album.
In addition, her PR team also shared an Instagram story with the logo of a new album, along with an Apple Music tag and a magnifying glass emoji. The post also had some glitch effects, becoming the biggest hint for the fans.
Swifties were quick to decipher the riddle and formed the word "Hereby." Taylor Nation reposted a fan's reaction and teased that more hints will be released on Apple Music.
Swift Releases Exclusive Apple Music Playlist Ahead of Album Launch
Earlier this month, Swift partnered with Apple Music and published five playlists that represent five stages of grief and heartbreak. The playlists are exclusively available for Apple Music listeners.
Each playlist includes Swift's songs, along with a special voice memo titled "A Message From Taylor" which details the idea for the playlist.
The "I Love You, It's Ruining My Life" playlist symbolizes the denial stage, "You Don't Get To Tell Me About Sad Songs" is about anger and grief, while the "Am I Allowed to Cry" is her bargaining stage.
The fourth playlist called "Old Habits Die Screaming" deals will depression and "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" is all about acceptance.
"These songs represent making room for more good in your life, making that choice because a lot of time when we lose things, we gain things too," Swift shared. "The Tortured Poets Department" album will be released on April 19.
