His passion for technology led him to the University of Karachi, where he earned a degree in Software Engineering. During his time at university, Rizwan was not only an exceptional student but also an active member of various tech clubs and initiatives. While still a student, Rizwan managed to secure a software engineer & web developer's position at a highly prestigious firm, Nanosoft Technologies, and there, his illustrious career started developing exponentially.
Today, Rizwan holds one of the most critical and instrumental roles at an international industry leader in the field of IT solution development and implementation in healthcare, manufacturing, IoT, and education. Performing the responsibilities of the leading development manager, Rizwan oversees a cross-cultural team of 75 software engineers from all over the world and is fully responsible for all project delivery, managing and supporting the team, and ensuring the top quality of every software to be released.
When Rizwan joined the company in 2022, the team consisted of 35 members only. He took the initiative and convinced the executive board that the team had the potential to expand their operations beyond just the parent company's business and establish a highly skilled offshore center. Following this proposal, he went on to hire and train offshore staff members across the globe.
As a result, the team has grown to 210 members located all over the world and is now working in various directions, not solely limited to Microsoft Dynamics. This has brought a substantial expansion and diversification of the company's capabilities, turning it into an ultimate industry leader and marking a major success for both the entire team under Rizwan's supervision team and the corporation as a whole.
