The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is truly stunning -- delivering superb processing performance, beautiful design and ergonomic features all in one package. Thus, it comes with a glaring design flaw. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5's stylus can fit back into its slot in reverse, thus rendering the handset's most prominent features broken in one single error.
A number of early adopters found that it would be the case. While it's all in the manual, there are people who don't bother reading it. As such, Samsung has seen the issue like as if it is only fitting to include a stern warning to new Galaxy Note 5 devices right in front of the packaging itself.
"Warning! Be sure to insert your S Pen with the nib pointed inward. Inserting the S Pen the wrong way can cause it to become stuck and can damage the pen and your phone," reads the warning that comes with the new units of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5, which was first released in the market, carried a design flaw - its S Pen can fit into the handset's slot backwards and doing so would permanently damage the unit itself. Users who accidentally inserted it in reverse had it stuck in the process.
Originally, the warning about inserting the S Pen backwards was found in the manual and has the same message that is now included in the packaging of newly released Samsung Galaxy Note 5 units. However, it looks like the South Korean tech giant isn't leaving everything up to chance now, as more people today don't bother going over the manual to read about its new features, much more its warnings. As such, Samsung has seen it relevant to go the extra mile by adding a stern warning right in front of the label film on the Galaxy Note 5.
