Google Nexus 7 has yet to acquire an official release date, but almost everyone in the world is anticipating its specs and features. While rumors continue to swirl around the upcoming device, there have been reports about its possible debut at the soon-to-be held I/O Developers Conference in May.
The search engine giant has since worked hand in hand with tech giants such as Samsung, Huawei, Asus and Motorola, among others. Hence, it is no surprise if they will get in touch with either of them as they manufacture Google Nexus 7.
Sure enough, as reported by Gotta Be Mobile, Google has collaborated with HTC to deliver Google Nexus 7. Although the company has yet to confirm the development as well as the specs of the device, Google Nexus 7 is believed to arrive this year. In fact, some say it will include the much talked about force touch feature, a technology that was originally developed by Apple.
If Google Nexus 7 indeed comes with the said feature, then there is every possibility of it being ahead in the race. But then again, only time can tell.
The Christian Times notes that Google Nexus 7 will include massive specifications that will impress users -- not only will the device live up to its expectations but it will also set the trend in the mobile age.
Others say that Google Nexus 7 will have Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 chipset, while there are those who believe that it will have more than that. The device is also rumored to arrive in two variants -- the 5-inch display and the 7-inch display. So yes, people can expect two kinds of Google Nexus 7 in the days to come.
And while it may vary in displays, Google Nexus 7 will still cover the same chipset, only with an added NVIDIA Tegra X1 processor. Moreover, the device is expected to consist of 3000mAh battery and a RAM of 4GB.
But what makes Google Nexus 7 an interesting device to own? Well, it boasts an external storage of 2TB via MicroSD -- a one of its kind. Hence, if these rumors are true, then Google Nexus 7 will surely be a thing in the future!
