Almost all video games have bosses. They have to. After all, they are the ones, albeit being a headache, who make the whole gaming experience fun. But for "Darks Souls 3" from FromSoftwre, players have grown accustomed to the game's bosses. That apart from battling them, these monsters have grown a special part in every fan's heart.
Sure, there are a bunch of "Dark Souls 3" bosses; however, it is interesting to see the ones that make it to the top. So before a love/hate relationship spurt (because, yeah, that is the feeling when fighting them bosses), it might be cool to check the best of the best.
Old Demon King
This one right here dwells in the horrors of Smouldering Lake located just beneath the Catacombs of Carthus. And while he is an optional monster to take, battling the Old Demon King is still no moonlight and roses. Sure, he can be as slow as a turtle, but his fiery attacks are something that should not be underestimated, according to IGN.
Abyss Watchers
By the name of it, gamers surely have an idea of what they are up against. And take note, they come in huge numbers (well, one can get it right way with boss' plurality). Many "Dark Souls 3" fan deem it as the first challenge that a player should take on. Not only are they fierce, but they also attack with great speed. And as soon as the rest of the hoard is defeated, players will be up against a single Abyss Watcher. It is duel time!
Dancer of the Boreal Valley
Yes, this boss will have players dancing to the tune of her darkness. And believe it or not, lots of "Dark Souls 3" players believe that the Dancer of the Boreal Valley is among the first bosses to have ever dwell in the franchise. Although she can easily be located in her room, defeating her is a shot to the Moon -- unless, of course, if the player is a witty, skilled one.
Pontiff Sulyvahn
"Dark Souls 3" is nothing without Pontiff Sulyvahn. Period. He seems to be the famous of all bosses. In fact, when a new mod, according to SegmentNext, that allows players to control bosses, he was the guinea pig. Why? Because he is Pontiff Sulyvahn -- nothing more, nothing less. And when one thinks fighting him could not get any worse, he then summons a ghost version of him.
