A couple, who was unsuspectingly watching the sunset from their home, was able to take a video of what seemed to be a UFO hovering above the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base some miles away from Dayton, Ohio. The video, which was taken on May 25th and uploaded by SecureTeam10 via YouTube on May 28th, has since gone viral.
The video is 13 minutes long, with a blue flying object that disappears a number of times, logically because of the clouds. The woman taking the video is heard saying, "It looks like it's moving in the clouds." The couple then shared the video with SecureTeam10's Tyler Glockner - who claimed that the same object has been seen hovering over the base two separate times.
According to Inquisitr, SecureTeam10 is a popular UFO conspiracy theory channel on YouTube with a relatively strong following. The publication goes on to note that the specific airbase is no stranger to alleged UFO sightings. In fact, it has a history of sightings that go back all the way to World War II.
In the video, the blue object is seen and, right as it starts to be filmed, disappears within seconds in the clouds. Glockner, who narrates the video, shares that he had received confirmation from other sources regarding the sighting and not just from the couple who shared their video.
Reportedly, some theorists claim that the area is prone to such sightings because it stores either alien technology or alien corpses. Still others claim that remains from the UFO crash in Roswell, which dates back to 1947, were actually not housed in Nevada. The parts were instead flown to the Wright-Patterson Air Base.
The site further stated that a woman who had lived in Dayton, Ohio for years prior to 1964 had a grandmother who confirmed the Roswell remains were stored in Ohio. The information was supposedly given to her grandmother by a high ranking officer and close friend who had retired from the base.
