Asus Zenfone 3 To Come In 3 Variants And Android 6.0 Marshmallow

Asus will be releasing its Zenfone 3 series, which will come in three variants, soon. There will be the standard Zenfone 3, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe and the Zenfone 3 Ultra. Each unit is expected to cater to a specific public, while still cohesively arriving together.

All three units are expected to arrive in the Taiwanese market by July 12th. The handhelds should be available in other markets shortly after. The devices will all come out of the box with the latest Android Marshmallow, confirms Nashville Chatter Class. They also sport Qualcomm Snapdragon processors and fingerprint scanners, which are both different from their predecessors.

When it comes to design, the Zenfone 3 is made of both metal and glass, making it look like most other flagships. On the other hand, the Deluxe and Ultra are made with aluminum material.

The specs of the Zenfone 3, Zenfone 3 Deluxe and Zenfone 3 Ultra differ with each other slightly. According to Game N Guide, the standard unit arrives with an Adreno 506 GPU, 4 GB of RAM and a 5.5-inch screen. The rear camera is 16 megapixels, while the front camera is an impressive 8 megapixels. The Zenfone 3 is available in Sapphire Black, Shimmer Gold and Moonlight White. It will be priced at $249.

On the other hand, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe has an Adreno 530 GPU, 6 GB of RAM and 5.7 inches. The rear camera is 23 megapixels, while the front camera is again 8 megapixels. The unit itself is 156.4 x 77.4 x 7.5 mm and weighs just 170 grams. The Zenfone 3 Deluxe is comes in Glacier Silver, Shimmer Gold and Titanium Gray. The unit will be priced at $499.

Lastly, is the largest of the series. The Zenfone 3 Ultra has an Adreno 510 GPU, 4 GB of RAM and a whopping 6.8-inch screen. The camera is 23 megapixels in the rear, while the secondary camera is 8 megapixels. For $479, buyers can purchase the unit in color options of Glacier Silver, Metallic Pink and Titanium Gray.
