Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, 72 and Melanie Hamrick, 29 have been very much supportive of each other including their careers in spite of the distance. Having been linked since July 2014, the two have become inseparable ever since.
Jagger resides in England while Hamrick stays in America. It has been known that Hamrick would join Rolling Stones' tour in Latin America earlier this year.
The support transcends more so now that the American ballet dancer is carrying his eighth child. The baby is due in January 2017.Pals of Mick Jagger are very happy about the news.
The couple first met at a Rolling Stones concert in February 2014. They have kept in touch ever since. Friends say it was Melanie who put a smile on Mick's face after several months of mourning towards the suicide of long-time partner and designer, L'Wren Scott.
From then on, the comfort of Melanie's presence nurtured a relationship that had developed for two years now. The 43-year difference did not hinder Jagger from getting steady with Hamrick.
Since baby number eight is soon to come, there are talks that Jagger will provide a house for her and for his eighth child. According to Mail Online, after Hamrick ends her ballerina career, she would either move to Los Angeles or to Connecticut where her family resides.
The roster of Jagger's seven children, according to US weekly, are: son Lucas, 17, with ex-girlfriend Luciana Gimenez; daughter Karis, 45, with ex-girlfriend Marsha Hunt; daughter Jade, 44, with ex-wife Bianca Jagger; daughters Elizabeth, 32, and Georgia, 24, and sons James, 30, and Gabriel, 18, with ex-girlfriend Jerry Hall. He has five grandchildren and had just welcomed being a great-grandfather.
