Activision is now ready to boost the hype further for the upcoming release of both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and Infinite Warfare. It will happen at the fan event of the company for the franchise Call of Duty XP that will start on September 2 in Los Angeles, California. Those who will be attending the said event will have a chance to witness the Call of Duty World Championship finals game. They will be able to play games from the series, as well as obtain first-hand news and updates regarding the upcoming Modern Warfare Remastered and Infinite Warfare.
According to Game Rant, Eric Hirshberg, the CEO for Activision, says that he is overwhelmed by the experiences during the development of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. He stated how they are willing to give the pair of games (other is Infinite Warfare) as a huge gift for the community instead of the traditional physical stuff offering on the upcoming collector's editions. However, Activision says that they are taking things to another level with this new type of proposal.
Hirshberg also added that Activision desires to make several tweaks on the formula for the upcoming game allowing it to become a more separate game entirely. He dubbed it as the 'most valuable bonus content' for the company. According to PlayStation Lifestyle, the company is thrilled to offer the game to the community since they know that the Modern Warfare games are loved by all. In addition, the company's most beloved games become paired with their new and innovative vision for Infinite Warfare.
At the end of Hirshberg's statement, he said that they are doing this for their ever-supportive fans around the globe. As previously reported, Modern Warfare will not come separately with Infinite Warfare's premium versions. That means fans will invest at least $80 for the most affordable copy in order to get the remastered version.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will be available alongside special editions of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare for all three major gaming platforms on November 4, 2016.
