The Washington Wizards is reportedly eyeing DeMarcus Cousins. The deal of getting him would equate Wizards’ shooting guard Bradley Beal displaying a Sacramento Kings uniform.
The NBA trade rumors have been chasing the 2016 Rio Olympics gold medalist for awhile yet no final agreement has been made.
According to Yibada, Zach Harper of CBS related the potential of Cousin’s departure from Sacramento Kings.
"They're fooling themselves if they think he's sticking around. The good news for them is his value will always be high. There isn't a point of no return in which you're not getting high value for him. Teams will bid against each other in the trade market. Maybe [Cousins] doesn't go for the biggest money in free agency but you'd love to have that card to play."
Should a trade be realized, Bradley Beal will be acquired by Sacramento. However, this scene seems to be a difficult task as Beal recently signed with Wizards a five – year contract with a lavish price of $127 million. Wizards would not let go of one of their strongest assets just like that. In a rare case that happens, Sacramento Kings would proudly welcome Beal as they need much help on few positions.
The trade rumor after Beal rooted when fellow Washington Wizards’ superstar John Wall proclaimed their on – court rift in a recent interview.
Bullets Forever mentioned that a reunion of Wall and Cousins is likely to happen because of their Kentucky connection. To recall, both Wall and Cousins were teammates with the Wildcats in 2010 under head coach John Calipari, who helped the team achieved the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament.
