Chris Brown Claims Innocent In Gun Assault Arrest: 'Can't Wait 'Til The Truth Comes to Light'

Chris Brown says he is innocent from former beauty queen, Baylee Curran's claim that the singer pulled a gun on her in a party at his house last week. Chris said, "I cannot wait 'til the truth comes to light about this incident and this situation."

Baylee Curran opened up to E! News and narrated what exactly happened on the night of the incident.

While the beauty queen was in Brown's kitchen, she was admiring the jewelry on display when one of his friends said: "Get out, don't touch the jewelry." and he started calling her names. This is when Brown suddenly said, "Get the f--- out." While pulling a gun out and pointed it at her.

Curran immediately left the house but she realized her phone and shoes was taken as she entered the rapper's house. One of Brown's friend gave them back but said she needs to sign an NDA first. The beauty queen said she didn't want to sign anything so she took her phone and ran out of the residence. This is when she claims that one of the neighbors saw and called the authorities.

According to the beauty queen, this isn't the first time she hung out with the rapper but an incident like this never happened.

Mark Geragos, Brown's attorney, said he has evidence to prove the rapper's innocence. The lawyer shared an alleged text from the beauty queen saying "This freak Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend's jewelry fake...I'm going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson. I'm going to set his Ass up."

Brown was arrested but was also released on a $250,000 bail. A court date is already set on September 20.
