'Pokémon Sun and Moon' Feature Update: Here's How To Use Poke Finder Feature & Upgrade Zoom Functionality [VIDEO]

"Pokemon Sun and Moon" new feature called Poke Finder allows players to take pictures of their pocket monsters that are out in the wild. However, the said feature is only available in selected Alola regions.

Once a player snaps on a picture of a pocket monster in "Pokemon Sun and Moon," the image should be submitted for evaluation. As the player's skills improves, the player could get access to more game photographic tools such as zoom functionality.

Along with the Poke Finder, the Pokemon Company also announced other new features including the upcoming 3DS games. There is also a number of new "Pokemon Sun and Moon" creatures such as the synthetic monster Null and the Alolan variant of Raticate. The Alolan variant of Raticate is suggested to be a new type of shape shifting Pokemon called an ultra beast.

The "Pokemon Sun and Moon" developers also explained how "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" will differ from each other. In previous games, a player could discover certain pokemon monsters in only one of the two versions of the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" games. With the upcoming games, a feature has been added in the time zones of the games.

It has been established that "Pokemon Sun and Moon" would have a difference in the way that the time is set in between the two games. The two worlds of "Pokemon Sun" and "Pokemon Moon" are suggested to be 12 hours apart which is tied up to the actual time in real life. "Pokemon Sun" is expected to operate on the same time as the Nintendo 3DS system, but the time in the world of "Pokemon Moon" is shifted by 12 hours.

"Pokemon Sun and Moon" games are slated for a Nov. 18 release date. The games are set to be launched on the Nintendo 3DS platform. Watch how "Pokemon Sun and Moon" Poke Finder feature works here.
