Traditional Photography Introduced In iOS 10: Adobe Lightroom Updated

Apple, a company famously known for manufacturing gadgets, has yet to unfold another feature in its newly updated iOS 10. They announced that the ability to take a raw image on someone's phone would be possible from now on. Surprising as it may seem, but Apple revealed that they are indeed a surprise-generating entity. Perhaps another collaboration has been revealed throughout the products of Apple.

According to Indiatimes, iPhone users can use the upgraded Adobe Lightroom application in capturing the said materials. However, there are two things needed to fulfill one. First, the apple product should be generated by iOS 10. It was released prior to the launch of iPhone 7 and Apple Watch Series 2. It has several features that made iPhones more efficient and intuitive. Second, to be able to capture a raw photo, the camera should be 12 megapixels. Devices with such specifications include: iPhone 6, 6s, 7, and SE

What made an image capture from a RAW format different from the others? The photo captured in this format would be uncompressed and will not have any effects applied on it.

As cited in PCmag, this would allow photographers to adjust white-balance and access the full range of color information. It permits the photo to be tweaked and be controlled solely by the photographers. This could mean that the user could save it as it is or edit it the way he or she likes it.

It is saved in PNG format to make images look great and more realistic as it was taken.

In addition to that, Adobe Lightroom v2.4 was upgraded with two improvements on it. Those are to import images in RAW format and manually edit them. It is yet another innovation in the field of technology. If this would continue, a great glimpse of the past would be seen by many, especially the youth of today's generation.
