For many years scientists have speculated if there is life on Mars. Many agree that there could possibly be life on Mars then, but that would be doubtful now. However, a recent photo has been shown that seems to indicate that there are living things on Mars.
NASA's Curiosity Rover has been on Mars since 2012 and has been mapping the planet since that time. Over the years, it has sent photographs and some of them seem to indicate that there might be life on the Red Planet. However, nothing seems to be more compelling than the recent photograph of a snake on planet's rocks.
The Mirror reports that the Curiosity Rover has photographed a snake between rocks on Mars. Many who have seen the photograph say that there is no mistaking that the object seen looks like a snake. YouTuber SecureTeam says that the object has a distinct shadow and does not appear to be just a crack on the rocks.
Others think that it might be a tentacle of some unknown creature. Speculation is still out on what might be in the photo but even most skeptics agree that it might be a snake. Skeptics though say that there is a logical explanation for the photo.
According to Enstars, skeptics do agree that it could be snake on the video, though they say that is because the Curiosity Rover has never really left Earth. They claim that the Martian mission is, in reality, a test being done in a remote part of our planet. Skeptics have hounded NASA for years, saying that a number of the space missions have largely been staged and been done on Earth.
The debate on the photo will likely continue on until NASA makes a full report on the Curiosity mission, rumors say. According to rumors, NASA will report about finding water on Mars and other signs of life there. The Curiosity mission seems to have much controversy with it as there are claims of life seen such as a giant scorpion and even a formation that looks like Stonehenge.
Perhaps the issue would be settled once a manned expedition to Mars would be made. Plans for it have already been made and that 2030 is likely the target for a manned Martian expedition.
While the Curiosity mission continues, NASA is said to be planning another mission to find extraterrestrial life on Mars as iTechPost reports.
