Amazon And The On-demand Music-streaming Service Called Amazon Music Unlimited

Amazon jumped into the field of music streaming with its own service, competing with Tidal, Spotify and Apple Music. Just like the two famous music streaming, Amazon Music Unlimited will charge their customers a certain amount of dollars per month to enjoy this technology.

The Price and Feature

The Verge reported that Amazon has made a lot of features that really differentiate its characteristics against its competitors. However, the biggest factor that would probably attract people is its pricing. The monthly service for this is at $7.99 or for $79 a year, which is lesser than what Tidal, Spotify and Apple Music are pricing to the subscribers' premium account. In addition, owners of one of Amazon's voice-controlled Echo devices will be able to get the service for just $3.99 per month.

The New York Times said in a report that Amazon's unlimited service will offer tens of millions of albums and singles that are mostly in demand. This will give it a much more strong platform for music fans than its previous music offerings.

In addition, Amazon Music Unlimited has a new feature called Side-by-Side, which pairs artist commentary with chosen tracks from their record. The company says it is launching with a few dozen Side-by-Side features, including from artists such as The Chainsmokers, Jason Aldean, Lindsey Stirling, Sting, Norah Jones, One Republic, and Kongos, with more to come in the future.

Amazon Music Unlimited with Echo Integration

Amazon is emphasizing the deal even more for owners of its Echo system, a speaker, and voice-controlled household computer. Subscribers who own Echos can initiate the service via voice commands through Alexa. The A.I., using the music streaming service, can follow commands like "play Taylor Swift's first single song" and "Play a lullaby." It does not only play a themed playlist like Spotify, it studies what genre the user has been listening to then use it as a reference to suggest other music.
