Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson To Star In A Youtube Series, Details Inside

Do you smell what The Rock is cooking? Yes we do, and apparently the highest paid actor in Forbes list will have another project and it will be with Youtube in a new series.

If you are Dwayne Johnson, you can almost do anything. I'm still wondering why he didn't ran for the Presidential election. Well, that's another story. Going back, the multi talented wrestler turned actor is not yet finish with its project this year. We know that he has a lot of upcoming movies such as Fast 8, the remake of Jumanji and the iconic Baywatch.

But what if I tell you that he has another one? Yep, the people's champion, the rock, is living its life to the fullest right now. YouTube announced that Dwayne Johnson will take his part on the new series. He will be the executive producer and will work together with two of the best in the business, dan Harmon and Doug Liman.

Dwayne Johnson or most commonly known as The Rock started his career in World Wrestling Federation, now known as World Wrestling Entertainment. He is from the line of the legendary Anoa'i wrestling family. His father and grandfather are already in the Hall Of Fame and he's about to join them in the next coming years. Roman Reigns is his cousin, how cool is that.

The new series will focus on time-travelling. It is a sci-fi show that would expand our knowledge on how time-travelling works. The title of the show as reported is called ‘Lifeline'. The plot of the show is, a life insurance company will eventually send 33 agents to the future in hopes to saving their clients. The main character will be Charlie Hooks, the top agent of the company.

"Our goal is to be uniquely YouTube," global head of content for YouTube Susanne Daniels stated according to Variety. "And out thesis is simple: Identify YouTube's most engaging stars and top genres, and invest in the content that fans tell us they want. In other words, let our community drive our content."
