When getting Z-Ranks consistently in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, it's important to note that not all existing supposed tips and tricks. There's more to it than clearing a quest with an ultimate finish and finishing the game with minimal to no damage to health. We've compiled a bunch of tips and tricks that can be sure-fire ways to get a Z-Rank in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.
Get Accolades. Accolades can earn you big bonus points and are one of the main ways in getting a Z-Rank on a mission. In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, these include doing 3 grabs or 3 throws during missions, landing 20 Ki Blasts, or landing a 20 hit combo. The last one can be fairly easy but a way to do it is equipping Meteor Crash and using it against the boss.
Ending The Mission. You can end the mission in a number of ways that can rack you up bonuses and are good accolades. Firstly, you can either finish the enemy with either a Super or an Ultimate Attack. The latter of which can earn you more bonus points than the former, but either of them will work. Another is transformed finish, wherein you need to be in a transformed state when you finish the mission. The last one is having your health over 80%; this is where bringing capsules can be useful which you can use before transforming or killing the boss.
Extra Bonuses. You can get extra bonuses by landing five ultimates and getting 80% in accuracy. Accuracy can be easy to get as long you don't keep missing which means every hit counts.
