Samsung Galaxy S8 And S8 Edge: Release Date And Updates

Over the past few weeks, more and more rumors have started to flow on the internet about the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge. Leaks on everything such as the release date, its features and specifications, design, and other updates are on demand topics.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 release date is something many consumers are impatiently waiting for. After the catastrophic failure regarding the explosion of the battery of the Galaxy Note 7 and the recall that followed, millions of fans are waiting to see what the company does next, here’s what we know so far about the Galaxy S8.

In 2016 Samsung had a very strong year until the Galaxy Note 7 crashed and burned. The Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge were arguably the best smartphones on the market. Taking the impressive design of the Galaxy S6 and improving it in key areas. The camera was better, battery life was vastly improved, and we received features like water-resistance and a micro-SD slot, according to GottaBeMobile.

The addition of a bigger 5.5-inch Galaxy S7 Edge helped, and gave customers another option to choose from. We’re expecting something similar early next year, and their best foot forward to compete throughout 2017. Rumors have already suggested both phones will feature improved curved displays.

Release Date

For 2017, the Samsung Galaxy S8 will likely be announced at the end of February a day ahead of Mobile World Congress and released in March. This was exactly how it happened in 2016. There are even leaks from trusted sources saying that if Samsung will still use the date pattern just like the previous launched of their flagship phones, this is really possible to happen.

Speculation firmly points to a release date for the Samsung Galaxy S8 as being 26 February 2017. That comes from one of the rising stars in the mobile phone leaks business, Ricciolo, who posts on his Twitter feed that the aforementioned date has been confirmed.
