Upcoming tvN drama "Goblin" released five new posters showing the relationships of each character. Meanwhile, BTOB member Yook Sung Jae talked about the pressure on set during the press conference of the upcoming fantasy series held Tuesday, Nov. 22.
The said posters show the pairing of the main characters. Kim Go Eun is leaning on the handsome goblin, Gong Yoo; whereas Lee Dong Wook, an amnesiac grim reaper, and Yoon In Na have a rather sexy and playful vibe.
Bromance is in the air for Gong Yoo, Dong Wook and Sung Jae. In another poster, Sung Jae looks at angry Dong Wook who is trying to hit a rather shocked Gong Yoo while plates and utensils are flying around. There is also a photo of Gong Yoo and Dong Wook dueling over a wooden pepper shaker while looking closely at each other.
"The drama posters, much like the title, show an original and refined vibe. Each of the characters overflow with distinct personalities," the production said. The posters gave fans a sneak peek at both romantic and comedic sides of the series.
Meanwhile, idol-turned-actor Yook Sung Jae talked about the pressure of acting alongside four famous actors. He plays the role of Yoo Deok Hwa, a rebellious heir of a chaebol family who has been the goblin's benefactor for generations.
"There is a lot of pressure. It seemed like a lot of people were encouraging me and keeping an eye on me," the idol said, according to Soompi. He said he felt burdened by the role but the four actors' comfortable acting on set made the shoot feel natural. "Just looking into their eyes makes me feel comfortable, so I think I'll be able to develop little by little," he added.
"Goblin" will air on cable channel tvN every Friday and Saturday starting Dec. 2.
