OnePlus 3T News And Updates: Flagship Now Available In The US, Where To Get It

Interested buyers can now purchase the brand new OnePlus 3T in the U.S. and Canada. The latest flagship from OnePlus has a new processor, better front camera, improved rear camera and a bigger battery.

Apart from those changes and two new colors, there is no other difference between the OnePlus 3 and the 3T. Of course, the new device is priced higher than the older one, but only by $40 more. It is also available in a new 128GB storage option.

The phone features the Dash Charge fast charging tech from OnePlus, which can give a day of charge from 30 minutes of charging. OnePlus also posted a video to show how much faster it is when compared to the Google Pixel XL.

OnePlus 3T US Pricing

Compared to other smartphones with similar specifications, the OnePlus 3T is a complete value for money. It is probably the best Android smartphone you can buy right now, apart from the Google Pixel, the LG V20 and the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. However, the Pixel is quite expensive, whereas the 3T only costs $440.

According to PhoneArena, the OnePlus 3T U.S. pricing is very competitive and should help the company make good profit. The reviews have mostly been positive and the smartphone is considered to be the best in the market.

The OnePlus 3T is basically an iteration for the OnePlus 3, just like how the iPhone 6s was to the iPhone 6. The 64GB version will sell for $440, while the 128GB model will cost $480. Both the variants are available for purchase in the U.S. right now and will be immediately shipped.

In Canada, the 64GB 3T will cost CA$600 and the 128GB version will be CA$640, as per GSMArena. In both countries, only the Gunmetal version is available as of now.

Where To Buy

The smartphone is available for purchase from the official OnePlus Online Store in the U.S and Canada. A little caveat for the buyers though, the OnePlus 3T is not compatible with CDMA networks such as Verizon Wireless and Sprint in the U.S.
