Rufflet is one of those Pokemon that starts out cute but evolves into a powerful Pokemon, Braviary. It is known for its sharp claws and becomes stronger each time it is injured or faint. It's very brave and never stands down to an opponent, regardless if it's more powerful or not. It is a Pokemon exclusively caught in Pokemon Sun but Pokemon players can still get it through trade. For that reason, it is not surprising why many players are doing anything they can just to get their hands on this Pokemon. Luckily, that is what this guide will provide for players.
Where to Catch Rufflet in 'Pokemon Sun and Moon'?
As mentioned earlier, Rufflet can only be caught in 'Pokemon Sun' so 'Pokemon Moon' players will just have to wait until one is available for trade. For those who are using Sun, you are lucky because Rufflet can very early in the game. Rufflet's nest is located on the first island of the game, Melemele Island. Just wait until you have access to Route 3, which should be within the first few hours of gameplay, and start hunting. Its spawn rate is around 18 to 20% which means it's not too hard to find it.
Where to Catch Evolve Braviary in 'Pokemon Sun and Moon'?
There are two ways to get Braviary in the game. One is to evolve it from Rufflet, given that the player has already caught it, and the other is to catch it in its habitat in Poni Plains. Unfortunately, Poni Plains is located on the third island of the game, Poni Island. This means new players will have to way for some time before they can get Braviary. As for those who have caught Rufflet, just increase its level up to 54. It takes a while to reach the required level but it's all worth it once Rufflet evolves.
