It has been a while since Emma Stone took the world by surprise when she said on live television that was she was still in love with her ex-boyfriend, Andrew Garfield. News spread quickly and it was revealed that despite parting ways, the two celebrities still keep in touch with each other. And now, Andrew Garfield renewed rumors of them secretly dating after he just admitted that he loved Emma Stone.
Just recently, Andrew Garfield said he loves Emma as a response to The Hollywood Report asking Garfield who he would want to be stranded with on a deserted island. He replied, “Emma Stone. I love Emma. She’s all right. She can come.”
Clearly, Garfield and Stone are still in love with each other. These two celebrities have proven that splitting up from a relationship does not have to end up in bad blood. As a matter of fact, the two actors are still great friends and still seen hanging out with each other in public, sparking rumors that they might just have gotten back together and are actually secretly dating.
Stone and Garfield started dating as soon as the production for “Spider-Man” took place. They both met in the movie production as Garfield plays the role of Peter Parker as well as Spider-Man and Stone portrays the on-screen love interest, Gwen Stacy. They have dated for years and have broken up for a couple of times after finally calling it quits just last year.
Rumor has it that they were heading to a rocky relationship and broke it off before it got worse. But an undisclosed source claiming to be close to both stars have slammed the rumors and said that the reason they broke up is because of their schedules. Apparently, no drama took place in the parting as both knew very well that they needed to be apart to focus on their respective careers.
Andrew Garfield stars in the upcoming historical drama film, “Silence”, which will be released in US theaters on Dec. 23. He also signed up to star in movies, “Breathe” and “Under the Silver Lake”, which are both set to release in 2017. Meanwhile, Emma Stone stars also in an upcoming movie, “La La Land”, which she co-stars with Ryan Gosling and will premiere in the US on Dec. 9.
