Edward Kitsis, producer, and writer of "Once Upon A Time" season 6 said that Regina and Robin Hood will face very difficult challenges in the forthcoming episodes. One of Regina's challenges would be finding a way to come back to Storybrooke and avoiding the guards who are tasked to catch her. However, the showrunner didn't give any further details regarding the potential problems that the two will be up against.
Storybrooke Is Undergoing Troublous Times
Fans can get a glimpse of what's in store in the upcoming season of "Once Upon A Time" season 6 from its trailer teaser. It showed Robin Hood and Regina together in several scenes. The teaser trailer showed Regina eagerly convincing Robin Hood to go with her back to Storybrooke. It seems Robin is persuaded to go with her so they can start a new life.
But the same teaser also showed Regina wiping away her tears. She seemed to be grieving at something. In "Once Upon A Time" season 6, Storybrooke seems to be undergoing troublous times. The Evil Queen (Lana Parilla) continues to be a threat to the peace and happiness of the fairytale land residents.
Help Will Come From Beyond The Grave
Thankfully, there seems to be a help that will come from those who were thought dead. In the upcoming episodes of "Once Upon A Time" season 6, Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) will return. Some spoilers indicate that he will again be the heroic outlaw Robin Hood. And he will not be back in some form of flashbacks but as a real character.
It can be recalled that this character had an abrupt end in the previous season. The fans were not given a proper explanation as to the circumstances surrounding his death. Maguire has confirmed that Kitsis had thought of an idea that could provide the fans an explanation of Robin Hood's death. The details on how he will reappear in Storybrooke are not yet revealed.
