On the other hand, if you are experiencing an issue with your My Nintendo account failing to load, that is Nintendo's problem on their end as they are experiencing server overload. However, you can fix it on your end by clearing the cache and history of your device's web browser. Another way of fixing this is by disabling the content blockers you might have installed in your iOS device.

Another common issue that players are experiencing when playing Super Mario Run is the "Support Code 804-1200" issue. Unfortunately, there hasn't been any fix or solution to this. Nintendo needs to address this issue but until then one method you can try is by uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Sometimes, players will encounter poor signal and will have difficulty with the game. Always remember that Super Mario Run will only run if there is Internet connection. If you have trouble with this, try rebooting your Wi-Fi connection or restart the app.
