At long last, developer Rockstar Games has made the GTA 5 Festive update official. New items and rewards, among others, are expected to be introduced. And take note: all of these are one of a kind. This is definitely a huge treat for the players during this Holiday season. Here's everything about it.
According to GameSpot, the aforementioned update (actually an event) will be called Festive Surprise 2016. Its arrival also meant the return of the contents from the game's previous Christmas events. This apparently includes the Firework Launcher, which is only timely and significant. Moreover, players can enjoy a vast set of items and bonuses.
Moreover, one is the fact that the GTA 5 Festive update will bring loads of clothes, all designed specifically for the Yuletide season. This includes the likes of fetching jumpers (which are for free) and Santa and/or Gingerbread Man-themed masks. But hey, the flow of exciting, new stuff doesn't stop there.
In terms of rewards, players can expect around $50,000 worth. This can be done whenever they resort to selling vehicles, which are stolen from the recently released Import/Export update. There'll also be a total of two new vehicle variants. These are the Truffade Nero and the Nero Custom. Both of these are available for purchase.
Apart from the one mentioned above, the GTA 5 Festive content also means truckloads of discounts. For example, a wide-range of gun selections will acquire at least 25% discount. This also covers the custom apartments that players would love to own and do. Of course, there's more to these.
As previously reported here at iTech Post, the content will be all about the studio giving free and discounted stuff to the community. And as expected, it arrived within the reported timeline. Currently, the aforesaid update is already in the game.
