Flashback To The Games Of 2016: Battlefield, Pokemon Go, Uncharted And A Lot Of VRs

There were so many good games released this year and so many that weren't so good, but it's best to focus on the ones that did well because that's where the fun lies. Let's walk down memory lane as we reminisce on some of the games that became the favorites of many because of its amazing graphics, addicting game play and perhaps dive into some VRs too.

1. Battlefield 1

As expected is on the top of the list as it was able to recapture the attention of gamers everywhere. It boasted amazing graphics and the game play wasn't anything other than AMAZING. As if there's nothing more to look forward to, the first expansion for Battlefield 1 which is titled, They Shall Not Pass, will be coming out in March of 2017 according to Dice and Electronic Arts via US Gamer. So, players, mark your calendars!

2. Unchartered 4: A Thief's End

Unchartered 4 has been named as the best game of 2016 by Metacritic as mentioned by Games Industry. It's not a surprise as the game has amazing game play, graphics and a story line that will surely entertain even the ones who don't play. It's definitely worth getting a PS4 for this Christmas.

3. Pokemon Go

Back in July to mid-August when Pokemon Go first launched their game, it was such a surprise that it was a hit among young and older players. It's concept of having to walk around trying to catch pocket monsters launched a craze that was unexpected. The craze died down a few months after that, only to pick up again when it released new pocket monsters giving users a sneak peek at what the Generation 2 Pokemon Go 2 would look like once they release the entire Generation 2 of Pokemon Go.

Virtual Reality games have also broken out this year, but people haven't fully embraced the concept of VR gaming, but perhaps that will change as the first quarter of 2017 comes in and more VR games come out that will entice more people to embrace it.
