Now of year starts new, alcohol raises, on sales and consumption are bulging. Many of us enjoy celebrating a year ended, at work and family gatherings, a holiday, and a time to laid back and relax with a bottle or more beer. But it can also be a time when we involvement adverse consequences of our own or someone else's glass. Many of us don't treat alcohol with the respect the drug weights.

It's uneven how many times I've gone night out, partying, laughing with friends and just don't completely remember what I did. It's a sore feeling. I strongly hate it. I've had to help friends piece together nights before. When you stop drinking, that stops being a problem.

If you do drink, know your limit, and what the risks are - enjoy physically but treat alcohol with respect. Small changes can make a big transformation to your quality of life deprived of denting your social life. But if alcohol is taking a central role in your life, seek help - it can make a difference.
