Japanese buyers of the new Nintendo Switch have the opportunity to customize the colors of their game console.
Japanese Buyers Can Customize Colors Of Their Nintendo Switch
All the customers who preorder the new Nintendo Switch console on the Japanese My Nintendo Store get the chance to customize the controller colors of the game console that are included in their bundles. One catch for this is if you were thinking of importing: You need a Japanese Nintendo account to do this, as reported by CNET.
This means that customers in Japan are able to create unique color combinations based on their likes even those color combinations that are not yet available elsewhere. In addition to that, they exclusively get a black option, too. It's not known yet whether this will be available globally later on as the Nintendo Switch is getting sale all over the world. But it seems pretty likely that new colors will be released in the future.
Imagine the possibilities of pre-ordering a Nintendo Switch from the Japanese My Nintendo Store, then customizing your own game console through a website and having Nintendo deliver your personalized gadget right to your doorstep. Isn't amazing? But take note, that is for most likely the Japanese gamers only.
According to Techno Buffalo, in North America, you are stuck with either the color dark gray or almost black version of the game console or the one with a bundled red and light blue Joy-Con. While in the United States, no options available.
