Mariah Carey Sets $250k Wedding Gown On Fire In 'I Don't' MV

Mariah Carey, who called off her engagement with Australian businessman James Packer early last year, is making headlines once again, this time, as she literally sets her supposed wedding gown on fire.

After splitting with fiancé James Packer in October 2016, Mariah Carey appears to be moving on quite fast and she just sends the message loud and clear in her latest music video for "I Don't."

In the said MV, Mariah can be seen with her custom Valentino wedding gown that she was supposed to wear on her big day with James Packer. The diva seems to eliminate all memories of his ex-fiancé including the extravagant gown.

The "We Belong Together" singer tossed the $250,000 gown on fire and watched as it burns down while singing, "Cause when you love someone you just don't treat them bad, you messed up all we had probably think I'm coming back, but I don't."

As the dress becomes a smoldering mound of ashes, Carey sings: "I used to love you ... But I don't, I don't."

The rift between Mariah and James has been quite controversial, to say the least. There were rumors claiming that Packer was unsettled by Carey's lifestyle, with an insider revealing that, "James is very generous, but Mariah takes it to the next level."

Shortly after the breakup announced, TMZ reported that Mariah Carey made a private demand to James Packer for $50 million. A source claimed that James allegedly made several "financial promises."

There were also claims that Mariah has been unfaithful to James. However, the multi-awarded diva strongly denies the allegations.

"I Don't" is Mariah's newest single featuring rapper YG. Fans expect to hear more from MC soon especially now that the diva is back on track again.
