Samsung's Galaxy S4 smartphone is set to hit the shelves in the coming days and if you are looking for the unlocked version of the smartphone, eBay offers a $699.99 deal online.
Online retailer eBay is offering the 16GB version of the Galaxy S4 for $699.99, which is $100 less than what you would need to fork over if picking up the unlocked variant from other retailers.
"If you've been waiting for the day when you can grab the Exynos Octa-powered version of the Galaxy S4, today's it. The Galaxy S4 I9500 just showed up on eBay's Daily Deals site for the smoking hot price of $700 - that's $100 less than any other retailer is letting this monster go for," reports Android Police.
Recently, we reported that the factory-unlocked variant of the Galaxy S3 was up for grabs for $519 on eBay. The unlocked international version of the Galaxy S3 is normally priced at $899. Therefore, the $699.99 price for the successor Galaxy S4 is quite a steal.
What's more, those interested will get the Exynos 5 8-core processor variant and not the quad-core Snapdragon 600 one. If that's not enough, you will also have the freedom to use the device without the hassles of being tied down to a contract with a carrier.
The eBay seller has 200 units of the unlocked Galaxy S4 up for purchase. However, owing to restrictions, the seller is not sending the units to certain regions. The regions to which the seller will not ship the Galaxy S4 are US Protectorates, APO/FPO, El Salvador, Turkey, Mexico, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Tunisia, Brazil, Ecuador, Cambodia, Indonesia, China and India.

Update: It seems that the seller johny641 has sold out all 20 units of the Galaxy S4.
