Ubisoft recently launched a brand new content for their shooter game Rainbow Six Siege. The new update is called Velvet Shell which brings several new operators and a new map to the game. However, players are currently reporting bugs left and right. Furthermore, some of these bugs seem to be game-breaking. As a result, it should be something that the developer should attend immediately.
According to the report from TheBitBag, the game's community manager shared a long list of the discovered bugs and issues in Rainbow Six Siege 2.1.0 patch. Apparently, the list consists of both minor and major bugs. With this current issue in the current build, players can prevent these bugs from happening during their outings.
Based on the report, the list includes operator-exclusive bug that are both old and new ones. For example, Mira's Black Mirror device can be activated from the front, instead it should be from the back only. Meanwhile, players are reporting that they were unable to detect the red lights from cameras whenever Jackal's Eyenox is active. However, it looks like Ubisoft has not yet perfected the formula for Mira's Black Mirror as there are several bugs listed which affect the device.
The list mentioned that the Black Mirror does not traverse both layers of a two-layered wall every time. It can also be partly detached when positioned between large and small reinforced walls. Lastly, the Black Mirror can be installed on non-LOS walls.
On the other hand, there are also unlisted bugs found in the game's 2.1.0 update. One Redditor named hailor28 sends a GIF of a major bug that could easily be experienced by players. Based on the image, the Redditor was able to get behind an outwardly obstructed wall after placing a shield near the wall. Upon reaching behind the wall, the player gained a complete and clear view of the map. Overall, fans are hoping that Ubisoft can attend to these Rainbow Six Siege issues as soon as possible since it was reported that the list of problems found within the game continues to increase.
