The latest spoilers for the much awaited "The Originals" season 4 reveal that a growing-up Hope will finally discover her true connection with Klaus. Also, there are rumors surfacing claiming that Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder will hop onto the spinoff series after "The Vampire Diaries" ends with season 8.
The fandom of "The Originals" season 4 are becoming more thrilled to see the original hybrids of vampires and werewolves return to New Orleans. Talks have it that the fourth installment will see Hope (Summer Fontana) learning the truth about her identity and discovers that Klaus is her father. Hayley, being her mother, will keep her oriented about her true family, hence spoilers say she will play the largest role in making her Mikaelson family whole again.
It can be recalled that Rebekah took Hope out of trouble when their family is being plagued by enemies. The duo has however returned in New Orleans towards the end of season 2, but it is only in season 4 that Hope will be featured heavily as she starts to fulfill her destiny of being the hope of her kind.
EP Julie Plec has also previously talked about the fate of Hope in "The Originals" season 4. She revealed that Hayley will reconnect Hope with her father, and will start building her own abilities. Going back to the earlier seasons, Hope has manifested her special powers ever since she was still in Hayley's wombs. There were countless times when she helped Hayley healed, not to mention the time when her blood resurrected Hayley after giving birth.
Furthermore, Plec revealed that Hope will have her own storyline in "The Originals" season 4. Fans are then fast to speculate that the installments after the upcoming season might focus on the life of Hope and how she saves Klaus. Finally, it has been revealed that Hope will come face to face with her first enemy who wishes to put her life at risk.
On the other hand, Klaus, Hayley, and Elijah will be seen teaming up to ensure the safety of Hope. There are reports though that Hayley and Elijah will form a deeper relationship that may lean towards a romantic end. EP Michael Narducci confirmed their relationship, but also says their complicated situation might hold them back from finally being together.
Meanwhile, "The Vampire Diaries" has already announced its end, and fans are still requesting to see more of Dobrev and Somerhalder. Rumors have it that the on-screen couple will join the cast of "The Originals" after "TVD" wraps up in March. "The Originals" is reportedly slumping in ratings, and the addition of the two actors from "TVD" is said to help the show gain a rocketing number. These talks became rifer when Dobrev confirmed her return on the series finale of "The Vampire Diaries" which to some fans is a sign that she can drive to New Orleans to continue her character's story.
The producers of "The Originals" though have neither confirmed nor denied these rumors yet, hence fans will have to wait to see if casting Dobrev and Somerhalder will materialize. "The Originals" season 4 returns on CW on March 17.
