Nintendo announces some changes for players to look forward to. There are also new characters that are added to the game. Nintendo has committed to routinely deliver new heroes to Fire Emblem Heroes.
Nintendo’s new game for the mobile platform is a free-to-play tactical game released earlier this month. It is playable in both iOS and Android devices. It is a spin-off of the Fire Emblem series. Players of the game can create a team of up to four heroes. Gamers can progress through the story or they can play against other players. The currency of the game are called orbs which can purchase heroes.
The new focus is called Family Bonds. This can influence a character that the player obtains while summoning. There is also a new story paralogue which has a series of missions which give players rewards when completed. An in-game notification also states that an app-release bonus period will run until March 14 which means that players will continue to receive free Orbs for logging in.
The Training Tower missions will also continue to cost half as much stamina than usual and equipping of skills will not cost the player any stamina loss. The Training Tower will also have new rewards starting next week. It was also announced that starting early March, players’ characters will start to earn experience from combat by killing enemies that are at much lower levels, as published by GameSpot.
Since the launch summoning focus events have ended, a new summoning event will start and is called Family Bonds. Brother and sister team Ephraim and Eirika from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones and Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War’s Seliph and Julia are now up for grabs. Along with the new Fire Emblem Heroes characters are extension maps, a trio of battles that feature the new characters in action, as reported by Kotaku.
