E3 2017 has been one of the most anticipated events every year as it is where the latest games and gadgets get publicized for the first time. Even though the event is still months away, game developers and publishers have already confirmed their presence in the show.
With this, Take Two Interactive has just confirmed that they will be present at the E3 2017. According to Gaming Bolt, "Red Dead Redemption 2" is scheduled for a release on this year's fall. What this means is that the game might be introduced in E3 this year.
Learning the Developer's Trend
But then again, Rockstar Games, the developer of "Red Dead Redemption 2", is known to keep their major releases from appearing in E3 events and other similar shows. According to Videogames Republic, as of now, Take Two Interactive is still one of the few developers who have confirmed their attendance in E3.
With regards to Rockstar Games' presence, much of it still remains unknown. But considering all of the many big games that are to be released this year, such as "Halo Wars 2", "Horizon Zero Dawn" and "Zelda: Breath of the Wild", it makes perfect sense for Rockstar Games to present "Red Dead Redemption 2" in the said event. The game company should not waste this opportunity as the upcoming event will surely be of great help to the game's marketability, reputation and overall hype in general.
Red Dead Redemption 2 Needs More Publicity
If the game developer considers it, then it would surely leave the game with a good reputation. It will also have an advantage over the rest of the upcoming games as it will reach more people, in turn, increasing its hype. Just like any other video game, "Red Dead Redemption 2" must have more publicity, so that its chances of topping sales records would be much higher.
