'Supergirl' Season 2 Spoilers: Kara And Mon-El, Alex And Maggie's Romance; Jeremiah's Comeback

One couple is on a fight while another pair is getting closer in "Supergirl" season 2. "Supergirl" executive producer Andrew Kreisberg revealed what's ahead of the romance in the show. Meanwhile, Jeremiah is confirmed to be having a comeback in "Supergirl" season 2, episode 14 titled "Homecoming" airing on Monday, Feb. 27.

Alex (Chyler Leigh) and Maggie (Floriana Lima) had their first fight on Valentine's Day. Alex planned something for them and it turns out Maggie is not a fan of the celebration. Alex also found out that Maggie lied about her parent being supportive of her being a lesbian.

Kreisberg said there are bound to be some problems between the two because Alex just came out while Maggie has been out for a while. She is more comfortable with her sexuality. "There's been a bit of a power imbalance within the relationship," he told Entertainment Weekly. He added there would be an upcoming episode centered on Maggie. More details of Maggie's background will be revealed.

On the other hand, Melissa Benoist herself commented on what's going to happen to her character, Kara and Mon-El (Chris Wood). The two nearly kissed before an interruption came by the name of Mr. Mxyzptlk. The actress revealed that the two are ready to take a step forward to their relationship.

Kara would finally take the risk of getting romantically involved with Mon-El in "Supergirl" season 2. "Whether or not the timing works out with that, they have real feelings -- obviously both of them do -- so we'll see what happens," Benoist said in an interview.

A family reunion is coming in "Supergirl" season 2, episode 14. The official synopsis via Spoiler TV revealed The Danvers will have a family dinner as Jeremiah (guest star Dean Cain) is rescued from Cadmus. Kara and Alex are excited to be with their father. However, Mon-El will get suspicious on why Jeremiah came back and things will go wrong.
