'NCIS: Los Angeles' Season 8: More Deaths Might Come To The NCIS Agents; Miguel Ferrer's Big Exit To Be Featured

"NCIS: Los Angeles" season 8, episode 16 might see some deaths coming to the team of the NCIS L.A. agents. It will also delve into a new case involving con artists who choose elderlies as their victims. Meanwhile, "Old Tricks" will also serve as the show's tribute episode for the late Miguel Ferrer who used to play as Owen Ganger.

The synopsis for the show reveals that the next episode of "NCIS: Los Angeles" will center on two plotlines. Spoiler TV writes: "After a retirement home resident is kidnapped, the NCIS team uncovers a pair of con artists: Ginger and Edward O'Boyle (Debra Jo Rupp and Martin Mull), who hop from home to home scamming the elderly out of their money."

Following this first arc, fans will see the team of agents taking down a con artist duo who take the elderlies for a ride, but will later scam their money. It will show an interesting set of guest stars and are established comedy icons, Debra Jo Rupp and Martin Mull. The pair will take the role of the cons, and fans are reportedly curious to see how levity will be inserted in a crime drama.

A second storyline will focus on the relationship of Callen and his father. The synopsis part for the duo writes: "Callen confronts his father on his illegal activity and the danger it places on their family." In the "Glasnost" episode, Nikita Reznikov who later assumed the name Konstantine Chernoff came back to G.Callen's life. The head agent will then learn about his father's illegal activities which he will recount in the upcoming episode. Some believe that Chernoff might get killed, but there are no indications yet about the character's demise.

Another death coming to the show might be Vostanik Sabatino's. There is a speculation that his whereabouts will be tackled in the upcoming episodes, and as he is against the NCIS, the character might get involved in a war between the agents that might end up killing him.

Meanwhile, the NCIS assistant director, Ganger, will be leaving the team in the upcoming episode. It is not yet clear how the show will conclude his story, but it has already been revealed that he will get a tribute episode. Miguel Ferrer who played the character recently died of cancer.

"NCIS: Los Angeles" season 8, 2pisode 16 - "Old Tricks" - will air on March 5 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
