Horizon Zero Dawn Is Suffering An Issue With Its Opening Cinematic

Horizon Zero Dawn seems to have had a successful launch but has encountered a few hiccups on the way. In line with this, some players cannot enjoy the opening cinematic due to what seems to be a bug.

Players Are Reporting An Issue In Horizon Zero Dawn

According to GameSpot, developer Guerrilla Games is already aware of the ongoing issue surrounding the opening cinematic of its latest game. Several players have already taken to social media to complain that they cannot watch the introductory cutscene as it actually crashes. In response to this, the developers took to Reddit and explained that they are already looking at the problem and also a potential fix to it.

Furthermore, the developers have personally apologized to the fans suffering from the said issue. On a different note, Kotaku reports that players are using the photo mode to take a variety of interesting pictures. Photo modes in video games have become something of a trend recently with titles like Final Fantasy XV, Gravity Rush 2 and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild gives fans a chance to take some beautiful pictures.

The Stunning Photography In The Game

As for the futuristic action-adventure title, it is as easy as pausing the game to take a quick snapshot of their surroundings. However, the whole mechanic is actually more complex than it sounds as players can tinker with various features like aperture, depth of field, angles, brightness, color, time of day and more. Moreover, they can add other things on their screenshots like logos, borders and vignettes.

In line with this, fans are making the most of the PS4's share feature to showcase their stunning photography on social media. Some pictures range from Aloy perched on the edge of a cliff while another image showcases Aloy riding through the fields on a mech. With all of the unique options and beautiful landscapes in the game, taking pictures in Horizon Zero Dawn seems to be like an artform in itself.
