NPCs In The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild React To A Naked Link

Link can get some funny reactions from nonplayable-characters (NPCs) in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild if he approaches them without clothing. Meanwhile, some players are attempting "shield-surf" challenge.

NPCs Reacting To A Naked Link

Since dangerous monsters and harsh terrain encompass the thrilling world of Hyrule, it is advisable for Link to always grab himself in suitable clothing. However, if players choose to roam around the open world in boxers, some NPCs will respond with some silly comments regarding his bold choice, as per App Trigger. To begin with, one NPC makes a remark about how "perky" the protagonist is while a different character calls him "studly.".

On the other hand, Robbie and Purah will comment about scars and how they can also leave lasting memories in the mind. However, they note that most of the ones on Link's body have healed over the last 100 years. Paya, on the other hand, is much more modest as she covers her face and tells Link to "cover up." Finally, the Gerudos will still kick out the hero regardless if he wears clothes or not.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Shield-Surfing Challenge

On the other hand, Polygon reports that a Redditor posted a challenge a month ago regarding shield-surfing down the very narrow bridge featured in one of the game's trailer. As the game has finally been released, netizens have brought up the challenge again and even provided the exact location of the bridge on the map. The mechanics are simple as participants must simply record their efforts and post it online.

In spite of this, it seems like no one has actually reached that exact location yet as the world is extremely vast. Despite this, many players are still enjoying the shield surfing feature wherein they can slide down slopes as long as their equipment is sturdy enough. Those who want to try can play The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on the Wii U and Nintendo Switch.
