Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have called off their divorce, as news and rumors suggest that things are working out for their marriage, recently. Even though back in June 2015, they had announced their divorce, they are still trying to mend their marriage after going through highs and lows. The two remain silent about the status of their relationship. However, others say that they are not yet back together.
Ex-couple Remained Friends
Despite their divorce, the two remained close and even lived together. They even took family holidays together in Montana. "They want to keep the family together," a close friend says. As Ben shared in an interview last January, "I like taking my kids to school in the morning and dropping them off and having them know their dad is there. That feels good."
Some rumors suggest that Garner put the filing on-hold, instead, she called off their divorce for a while. However, some sources said it's not accurate. What's important is that both parents changed their minds about the divorce for the sake of their kids - reconciliation played an important role regarding this decision.
Keeping The Family Intact
In February, Ben and Jennifer were spotted in their Sunday's best, heading off to church with their three kids, Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5.
"Jen is a superhero mom. She is an outstanding mother and I'm lucky to have her as a partner to co-parent these kids with. We try our best," Affleck told E!'s Catt Sadler in 2016.
When NBC's Natalie Morales applauded Garner for their capacity to work together as a team despite any private struggle, the proud mom chimed in with, "It has to be. They don't have a choice."
