‘Criminal Minds' Season 12 Spoilers: The Betrayal, Reid's Trial Exposes Lindsey Vaughn?

Much has been said about Season 12 of “Criminal Minds”. Although there are only 3 episodes left before its impending end, there are still a lot of stories that the series need to cover, one of them is Reid’s trial. It seems that Reid has been framed up and Lindsey Vaughn is the prime suspect.

Reid’s Trial

Tensions are now getting high on “Criminal Minds”. To this day, there’s still no clarity on what had happened in that motel room. There were numerous theories that were thrown but none of them seems to solve the puzzle. However, in a stunning turn of event, Reid provided some critical information that will help him get out of his case. He stated that Mr. Scratch drugged him but he heard somebody say “time to go”. Basing on the statements that he made, Reid is basically saying that he was framed up but it wasn’t Mr. Scratch.

Who Is Lindsey Vaughn?

Fans are now jumping into conclusions on the statement that was provided by Reid. The reemergence of Gian Mantegna a.k.a Lindsey Vaughn in the series seems to know something about Reid’s case. For those who forgot Lindsey Vaughn, she was introduced last Season 3. Lindsey Vaughn and her friend were kidnapped but in the end, one of them only survived. Lindsey Vaughn was so angry at her kidnapper she urges her father to kill him. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen since Lindsey’s father was not that type of man.

The Betrayal

So why is Lindsey Vaughn being pinned by the fans as the one who framed up Reid? Easy, Lindsey Vaugh has a history of seeking revenge, regardless who she hurts. Some fans also believe that Mr. Scratch didn’t even need to drug Lindsey Vaughn and convince her about the crime that they did. Lastly, Lindsey Vaughn might not be happy with Reid’s involvement in making her father change.
