ChatGPT is Back After Experiencing Global Outage

OpenAI's ChatGPT was down for a few hours, affecting thousands of its users. 

Reports from DownDetector logged 56 percent of complaints on using the ChatGPT app and 10% of login issues. 

The issue has now been resolved by OpenAI with ChatGPT now back on its operation.

ChatGPT Outage Possible Cause

According to Data Economy, ther are several reasons as to why a ChatGPT users faced the "failed to get service status" issue. 

This includes routine server maintenance, server overload from large queries, and server error due to a server's problem. 

To confirm which one is possible, users can try to check to ChatGPT status page or contact the ChatGPT support for help.

ChatGPT Usage 

ChatGPT became a huge success upon its release last November 2022, making it the fastest-growing app at the time.

However, app downloads for ChatGPT have slowed for the first time last June. 

Regardless, ChatGPT remains to be free to use during its initial research period. Additionally, users may choose to pay for more advanced features.
