HTC One Mini set to release on August 3?

The HTC One Mini, if rumors are to be believed, will launch on Aug. 3 in Germany.

The latest information is courtesy of German site Teltarif.de who claims that the HTC One Mini will apparently go on sale on O2, which is the country's fourth largest carrier, from Aug. 3.

What's more, the August release of the 4.3-inch smartphone seems plausible as another report seem to hint at the same. Another German site, Cashys Blog, managed to get its hands on a screenshot, allegedly from O2's internal management system that lists the impending HTC One Mini. However, the site claims that the HTC One Mini will launch a day earlier on Aug. 2.

"The HTC One Mini is expected from the 02 August 2013 be available in Germany. I have just received from the O2 environment sent a screenshot from the system, which (from week 28 - Aug 08) next to the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini One Mini and the HTC announces," notes the blog (translated).

Earlier in June, a Bloomberg report asserted that the HTC One Mini would arrive this summer and would go on sale by August.

On the other hand, HTC ROM developer @LlabTooFeR, who has a good track record when it comes to HTC's plans, anticipates a July release. He responded to a Twitter user's question pertaining to the release of the HTC One Mini with "It will be announced really soon. I expect before the end of July."

Reports have suggested that the HTC One Mini will be making its way to AT&T and T-Mobile, with the smartphone popping up in a UAProf as well.
